Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Support in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits as per regulatory requirements.

Maintain and reconcile accounting records, ledgers, and bank statements.

Assist in filing tax returns (VAT, Income Tax) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Perform vouching, verification, and documentation of audit evidence.

Review client financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrections.

Support senior accountants in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Prepare management reports to support decision-making.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial information.

Assist in payroll processing, vendor payments, and accounts receivable management.

Work with accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) to process transactions.

Participate in audit fieldwork, liaising with clients for necessary documentation.

Conduct research on accounting standards, taxation rules, and corporate laws to assist in client advisory services.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IAS, IFRS) and local financial regulations.

Good understanding of tax laws and corporate compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.

Analytical skills to interpret financial data and prepare reports.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.

Educational Background:
