Description:
Assist with simple sales support tasks for our Li-ion battery products. This role focuses on helping answer customer inquiries, following up on leads, and sharing promotional materials via online channels. No prior sales experience needed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions through WhatsApp, Facebook, or email using scripted responses
Share promotional offers and product info in relevant groups and contacts
Maintain and update lead lists and follow-up status
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
